Refund Policy

We inspect every item for quality and accuracy before shipping. Please note that all personalized items are made to order.  Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for any personalized orders. If you need something sooner, e-mail us and we will try to help you out. 

All sales are final due to personalization.  We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please email us the photo of the damaged items at within 7 days of receiving the items. Upon receipt of the damaged items, we will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the item minus shipping cost.
